At Deen and Keenu, every piece is crafted with care and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. Once this window has passed, we're unable to offer an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed 
• In its original condition with all tags intact
• Returned in its original packaging

We currently offer exchanges and store credit  for a different size, or another piece of equal value from our collection. As this is an exchange-based policy, we're unable to offer refunds to your original payment method for change-of-mind returns.

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
That's on us, and we'll make it right. Reach out to us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund  your choice.

Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final and not eligible for exchange, unless received damaged or defective.

Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, where we cover the cost.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. Once this window has passed, we're unable to accommodate cancellation requests, as your order will already be in process.
